So yesterday I got to go with the Girl Scouts on an adventure! Socks for Sox with Project Undercover which collects socks and underwear for children in need. This was a Paw Sox baseball game for the minor Boston Red Sox league that is local to tinalala. The admission into the game was a pack of socks. To our surprise it was also STAR WARS day!!!!!
I wonder what all those villains thought of posing with me?

Hiking in the mountains
Yesterday I got to go hiking with the Girl Scouts. We hiked Blue Hills in Canton, MA.
This is me in my 'mode of transportation' for the hike.
The sky was so clear we could see the Boston Skyline!
Can you see me peeking over from the top of this tower?
I had fun hiking with the girls. I wonder what we'll get to do next?

Titanic Exhibit
We went to Foxwood Casino, CT to see the Titanic Exhibit. Foxwood Casino is on a Native American tribal ground so there are a lot of Native American sculptures all around.
Here I am beside a beautiful sculpture that lights up
and does a thunder and lightning show on the hour.
We couldn't take pictures inside the exhibit,
but here is a wonderful picture of the Titanic
And this is the patch the GS's purchased for their vests.
Tomorrow we're off to hike the Blue Hill in Canton, MA!

Oklahoma renovations
I arrived in Oklahoma in the middle of renovations to MrsMac's house to get it ready to sell. MrsMac said I proved to be incredibly handy and was a big help to the contractors and MrMac. Here I am, hard at work:
Cutting tile for the shower and floor in the master bath
Once I got a boost, I mastered the BIG saw, too
Maggie, Queen of Tile, in the finished shower
Sitting in the new soap dish!
Now I'm finishing the new carpet in the master bedroom
Helping getting the kitchen counter ready for new laminate
Whee! I got to go for a ride on the router,
while trimming the new laminate
I also learned how to fix the wiring for the new cooktop
What a lot of hard work, but it's fun to be helpful.

Arrived in Oklahoma!
I have arrived in Oklahoma! I've been having a lot of fun helping around the house with the renovations (wait 'til you see the pictures!) and Kealoha (remember her?) and I are best friends now. Kealoha has taken me "under her wing" and is now my Traveling Doll mentor.
Kelaoha is sharing her vast experience with me, giving me tips on what to do while you're stuck in a shipping box for days, how to handle jealous dolls at people's houses when you're visiting, what to do when you get really homesick, how to make sure your stuff doesn't go missing and stuff like that.
I've been sleeping in a hammock (with a sleeping bag since it still gets chilly at night) on top of the doll cabinet - right next to Beauty (the horse) so I don't get homesick for all the animals at home.
More later!
